Bath Salt Blend and wooden spoon - 250g
Start with a good feet soak that has an incredible fresh smell, you can feel yourself relax just breathing in the fragrance of pure essential oils.  Mineral-rich Himalayan salt infused with 100% essential oils, Olive Oil and Rosemary Herbs.
 
The value of salt foot soaks is still recognised today thanks to well-documented benefits by the ancient Greeks.  The salt acts as a natural anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, and anti-microbial agent. When choosing a salt to soak in, the pure Himalayan variety reigns supreme, it contains 84 minerals and trace elements.  
 
You only need  0.5 to 1 teaspoon in your foot soak water. 
 
Volcanic lava stone
Follow up by getting rid of dead skin with the natural lava stone that is full of iron, magnesium, and other minerals pushed from the earth's core as lava. It is great for removing dead skin as it is naturally uneven and full of holes as the lava settles and cools. Every stone has a different shape and colour as they are truly naturally occurring stones not changed by synthetic ingredients.   Remove the dead skin in a circular movement.
 
Jiggle Wiggle Body Butter - 150g
The oils in this 100% natural body butter were slowly macerated with Aloe Vera and organic Redbush. Eight quality oils and butter were then whipped to give you a body butter that melts in your skin leaving it noticeably softer
 
Apply liberally to feet and cover with Cotton Socks.  Sit and relax for an hour or more.  For an intensive treatment, wear it overnight.
 
Cotton Socks:
These moisturising socks work with your body temperature to help absorb and prolong the effect of the butter.  It also prevents the transfer of the body butter on clothes and bedding.
